Green Day wrote the song Waiting and in the song it says
"I've been waiting a long time, for this moment to come I'm destined for anything at all..."
I love those lyrics because they can be applied to your everyday life. I lately know that I have a purpose for my life and have been so invested in other things and just "Waiting" for this moment to come where I realize that I am destined for something. The people I meet along the way are people I will never forget and the people who stay are the ones who you know you can count on. This song was always one of my most favorite Green Day songs and songs in general. I love the music video too because it slows down and shows the band members "Waiting" for things to go back to normal. But nowadays for me, I'm not waiting anymore for a calling or anything, I'm letting it be...
